I’ve been teaching yoga since 1992. 

After the end of March I am stopping teaching in-person weekly classes in Oxford. These classes will continue with different teachers. To find out more, click here.

I will continue to run online sessions, weekend workshops and occasional classes, as well as offering one to one sessions. My style of yoga is inspired by the approach of Vanda Scaravelli and Mary Stewart, with whom I trained in 2005-7. 

This style of yoga is accessible for everyone, regardless of age, level of fitness or flexibility. 

For me it has been a lifelong practice which I value more and more as I get older.
