I’ve been teaching yoga since 1992. 

I now teach 4 classes a week in Oxford and offer one to one sessions as well.  My style of yoga is inspired by the approach of Vanda Scaravelli and Mary Stewart, with whom I trained in 2005-7.  I am qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga.  

This style of yoga is accessible for everyone, regardless of age, level of fitness or flexibility. 

For me it has been a lifelong practice which I value more and more as I get older.
